Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
    1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and online sales.
    2. Plan promotional campaigns, including discounts, loyalty programs, and seasonal sales.
    3. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Branding & Content Creation
    1. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
    2. Work with designers to create engaging content, including banners, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
    3. Develop product marketing strategies and messaging to highlight key selling points.
  3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
    1. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
    2. Create engaging content, including mum & baby stories, expert tips, and product showcases.
    3. Run targeted ads and optimize digital campaigns for conversions.
    4. Collaborate with influencers, mummy bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
  4. Mummy KOL & Influencer Marketing
    1. Identify and build relationships with mummy influencers, parenting bloggers, and baby experts.
    2. Plan and execute influencer collaborations, including product gifting, reviews, and live sessions.
    3. Manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking.
    4. Develop long-term ambassador programs to create genuine brand advocacy.
    5. Analyze influencer marketing effectiveness and optimize future collaborations.
  5. Retail Promotions & In-Store Marketing
    1. Plan and execute in-store activations, product tastings, and baby-friendly workshops.
    2. Work with store teams to ensure effective placement of marketing materials (POP displays, signages, etc.).
    3. Organize exclusive shopping experiences and in-store events for mums and families.
    4. Collaborate with mall management and other brands for co-branding opportunities.
  6. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs
    1. Manage and enhance the Mum Club Loyalty Program to increase customer retention.
    2. Develop personalized promotions and CRM strategies.
    3. Create a community-driven approach by engaging with mums via WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
    4. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
  7. Sales & Performance Analysis
    1. Track and analyze sales data to measure marketing effectiveness.
    2. Monitor customer behavior and campaign performance to refine strategies.
    3. Prepare reports and presentations with insights on footfall, customer engagement, and sales impact.
  8. Event Planning & Collaboration
    1. Organize and execute events such as baby nutrition workshops, mummy meetups, and influencer gatherings.
    2. Plan engaging TikTok & Instagram Live sessions with mummy KOLs and experts.
    3. Work with external vendors and partners for sponsorships and joint marketing opportunities.
  9. Budget Management
    1. Plan and allocate budgets for marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
    2. Negotiate cost-effective collaborations with influencers and vendors.
    3. Ensure campaigns maximize ROI while maintaining high brand quality.

1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, social media marketing, or influencer collaborations. Strong understanding of the baby & mummy market. Experience working with mummy KOLs, parenting influencers, or baby brands. Creative and passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital marketing. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok trends, and digital ads. Excellent communication skills and a warm, community-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
