RM1500 Permanent Muslim Male Staff (1 private Room - Georgetown, Penang)
As Housekeeper and Repairer (1 Man show for all works). Looking for Male Foreign worker who can speak and write English and Malay language (can be learned progressively). Permit will apply if ready and suitable for our company environment.

Responsibilities include working as a Housekeeper and performing contract work such as painting, wiring, piping, servicing air conditioning, repairing, etc. All training will be provided, and guidance will be available at all times. Working areas are mostly in Georgetown, Jelutong, and Gelugor, sometimes at Balik Pulau.

Must have own transport (Bicycle to Motorcycle).

Monthly hard work incentive from RM100 to RM400 depends on commitment to work. Quarterly profit sharing is based on the worker's performance and business.

Our company name is JSW ACCOMMODATION SDN BHD. Type of business includes Budget Hotel, Homestay, Laundry, Renovation, etc.

Malaysian Muslims can also apply for this job but must commit to a 2-year work bond. Must have a motorcycle driving license. Training will be provided to develop good entrepreneurial skills if committed to all tasks and taking care of responsibilities as if it were their own business.
