Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product introduction from RnD to Production Release Stage, product/team coordination and management, ensuring transfer goals are met.
• This includes production scheduling, commitment adherence in terms of On Time Delivery, Product Cost, Process lead time improvement and inventory management.
• Engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to deliver Lean and Cost efficient on new programs introduced.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Equivalent with minimum 10 years related experience in program or project management.
• Strong ability to identify organizational needs, lead and manage programs/projects.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Good problem-solving ability.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Due to business needs, candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Preferable with experience of Program Management or Project Management will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of software Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project.
