Job Description:

Assist Risk Partners in the following areas:

1. Coordinate “update” of risk registers on a quarterly basis (or more frequently where risk profile changes significantly) ensuring risks are identified, reviewed, and assessed adequately.
2. Coordinate “review” of risk registers on an annual basis ensuring risks are identified, reviewed, and assessed by respective owners and status of risk treatment plans by conduct of risk workshop(s) attended by Senior Management.
3. Coordinate “clean sheet of paper” top-down review of risk registers at periodic intervals ensuring risks are identified, reviewed, and assessed by respective owners and status of risk treatment plans.
4. Assist with drafting of relevant risk reports i.e. quarterly RMC reports and strategic risk reports for board and senior management.
5. Assist Risk Management programs by assisting with remediation strategies and implementation of improvements.
6. Assist with derivation of KRIs, collation of KRI data and report to Senior Management.
7. Assist with coordination of Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Liaise with Senior Management as to on-going effectiveness of BCP.
8. Other matters:
1. Lead the preparation of the bi-weekly key risk perspective newsletter.
2. Coordinator for GRM’s CSPS and provide prompt updates where relevant.
3. Work closely with Group Communications department to develop designs for risk newsletter, where relevant.
4. Assist in the coordination and organizing of GRM’s team events.
5. Any other Group Risk Management projects where relevant.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration (DBA/Degree in Accounting/ Risk Management/Bachelor in Finance or other related disciplines)
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in related field/ role
3. Experience in Plantation Industry (upstream or downstream) is preferred
4. Experience in implementing risk management frameworks is an added advantage
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa
6. Experience working with Risk Management Standard (framework, methodology) & Risk Management software
