Enterprise System Manager (POS & ERP System)
Job description
Position Responsibilities
POS Feature Exploration & Management
- Lead the exploration and evaluation of new POS system features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to identify POS improvements.
- Ensure POS configurations support business requirements, including sales, inventory, and customer experience.
- Monitor and troubleshoot POS-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to retail operations.
System Implementation & Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of two in executing system implementation projects.
- Oversee the planning, deployment, and stabilization of business systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, and other enterprise solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to the team for effective project execution.
ERP System Management
- Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Ensure the ERP supports finance, supply chain, and retail operations effectively.
- Work closely with business users to enhance ERP functionality based on business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Business & Technology Alignment
- Ensure that enterprise systems align with business goals and operational needs.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, IT, and retail teams.
- Develop and enforce system policies, security measures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems management, POS systems, or ERP solutions.
- Experience leading system implementation projects and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail technology, finance, and supply chain systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with POS platforms (e.g., Xilnex, Zeoniq, Feedme, etc.)
- ERP knowledge (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise solutions).
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data management.
- Project management experience in technology implementation and digital transformation.
