Job Description
• Support senior executive’s personal matters including apartments lease management (liaise with property agents and tenants), calendar management, family trip, travel arrangement etc.
• Oversee children's schedules including school-related and extra-curricular activities, liaise with teachers and coaches
• Supervise domestic helpers and driver to co-ordinate schedules
• Handle household matters and liaise with internal work officer or external contractors on apartment maintenance and renovations
• Manage general household administration, including bills, correspondence, license, and insurance renewals etc.
• General secretarial support in office
• Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required
• Outdoor work may require (lease management etc.)
Job Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with stable working history will be an advantage
• Detail-minded and patient with tedious work
• High level of integrity
• Good communication skill
• Energetic and positive attitude; organized and able to perform multi-tasks
• Well spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in PC application including MS Office
