Job description
Deputy General Manager, Project Implementation (Based in Johor)
To lead and support project implementation team, coordinate with consultants and other departments for successful and efficient project implementation, completion and hand over for all pre, during and post development of project.
To conduct ad-hoc/weekly/fortnightly discussions or meetings with project team, consultant and other department for coordination required for project implementation and CCC.
To implement MS ISO requirement, quality standard and requirement to build good quality products and manage defect efficiently to customer satisfaction and expectation.
Compliance of ISO requirement, achieve min 70 points for QLASSIC and 75 points for internal in process quality (IPQ) assessment, achieve averaged number of defect/unit<10 for all units.
To prepare and manage the progress of the project to achieve targeted rate of works & financial forecast for company annual business plan.
To monitor, manage and ensure project site progress and resolve site issue promptly and efficiently to ensure R.O.W and financial forecast are achieved for business plan.
To ensure HSE compliance and relevant authority requirement during project implementation for smooth and successful completion of project without public complaint/statutory/penalty/stop work.
To monitor project implementation team and ensure compliance with Best Management Practices (BMPs) and relevant authority requirement for property development and construction industry as well as necessary liaison with relevant authorities.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree / Master in Civil Engineering/ Architecture / Building or equivalent.
At least 10 years working experience in supervision of civil/ building/infrastructure works in property development.
Experience in high rise will be added advantage.
Able to lead to execute and implement works on site with knowledge and years of experience in the construction line.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with QLASSIC standards and regulatory requirements in property development.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
