Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, responsible and trustworthy.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Taman Melati, Setapak.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of general administration function including preparing, processing & generating purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage efficient & effective end-to-end recruitment activities, including recruitment, proactive passive sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing on-boarding processes.
  • Proactively source candidates for vacancies using a range of mediums and channels, including social media and on-site recruitment to attract candidates.
  • Responsible for the preparation and insertion of all internal and external advertisements (contents, layout, and media selection) to source, screen, and interview for the best fit candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements of each department.
  • Manage routine office housekeeping/maintenance – e.g., cleaner/tea lady, pantry items replenishment, etc.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing in a systematic and timely manner.
  • Manage application and renewal of licenses and Foreign works permits.
  • Monitor company vehicles – repairing/insurance/summon check/utility billing.
  • Provide technical support to prevent error re-occurring.
  • Act and provide front desk service at the reception area and support or assist the superior in daily HR & administrative functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks when required by superior.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Act as front desk personnel by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to meeting places.
  • Attend to incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate parties.
  • Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensure that every issue logged is resolved within the agreed time frame.
  • Manage and upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the office general area such as lounge, meeting room, pantry, etc.
