Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of general administration function including preparing, processing & generating purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage efficient & effective end-to-end recruitment activities, including recruitment, proactive passive sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing on-boarding processes.
Proactively source candidates for vacancies using a range of mediums and channels, including social media and on-site recruitment to attract candidates.
Responsible for the preparation and insertion of all internal and external advertisements (contents, layout, and media selection) to source, screen, and interview for the best fit candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements of each department.
