About CF R APM
As the regional governance function and center of competence for Accounting and Controlling, CF R APM ensures the integrity of financial records across Siemens entities in the Asia Pacific region. We collaborate closely with businesses, shared services, and governance functions like Tax and Assurance to drive process optimization and compliance.
We empower our people to govern and support the business, acting as a trusted partner to management in all accounting and financial reporting matters.
You’ll create impact by:
- Month-End Closing & Reporting: Performing monthly closing activities, ensuring journal accuracy and timely financial reporting.
- Audit & Compliance: Preparing audit reports, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- General Ledger Management: Overseeing GL accounts, reviewing open items, and ensuring data integrity.
- Financial Analysis & Insights: Conducting financial statement reviews, analyzing data, and providing insights to business units.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Delivering training on accounting guidelines and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for key topics.
- Process Optimization & Digitalization: Driving automation and efficiency improvements through digital tools and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assisting local and regional management with additional tasks as required.
Your defining qualities:
- Education & Qualification: Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
- Experience: 3–4 years in a Big 4 or multinational corporation handling financial reporting and audits.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT interest, proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, KNIME, or UiPath is a plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to change with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effective teamwork in a diverse, multinational environment with strong communication skills.
