Job description
Job Responsibility
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
Enhance and improve current process.
Ensure customer service satisfaction with clients.
Follow process and procedure of the Company.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Minimum Diploma or higher.
Preferably with outspoken personality.
Presentable outlook and personality.
Customer service experience is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Computer literate.
Willing to work in shifts.
Trustworthiness and responsibility.
Time management skills.
Problem-solving skills (assisting the Team Leader).
Initiative.
Good attitude.
