Eskayvie is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with a primary focus on project management. This role requires a structured approach to tracking resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for ensuring that business development initiatives, both local (80%) and international (20%), are executed efficiently and effectively. Strong Excel proficiency, PowerPoint skills, and communication abilities are essential to excel in this role.

Additionally, this role will be the primary person in charge of key strategic projects and initiatives, including overseeing high-impact business growth and operational improvement projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Execution
   • Develop and maintain Excel trackers to monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
     Ensure all departments provide full cooperation to complete business development initiatives on time.
   • Regularly follow up with stakeholders to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
   • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to provide clear insights into project status and business outcomes.
   • Coordinate and drive cross-functional collaboration between teams to ensure smooth execution.
   • Serve as the primary lead for confidential business projects, managing strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
   • Identify and execute local (80%) and international (20%) business opportunities that align with company objectives.
   • Conduct market research to evaluate potential partnerships, competitor movements, and industry trends.
   • Support the development of strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and organizations.
   • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans for both local and international growth initiatives.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, government agencies, corporate partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on projects.
   • Maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.
   • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior management, investors, and external partners.
   • Participate in meetings, ensuring clear documentation of action items and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, project management, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excel Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel to manage budgets, track project timelines, and analyze data.
• PowerPoint Expertise: Ability to create professional presentations with clear storytelling.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture while executing detailed project plans.
• Analytical Mindset: Capable of conducting market research and data-driven decision-making.
