Job Description

The CEO will lead and direct the strategic vision, operations, and growth of the semiconductor company. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, skilled in scaling businesses and strategic business acumen to steer the organization towards long-term success.

• Define and drive the company's strategic direction in alignment with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals, strategies, and vision.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, acquisitions, and innovation in product development.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor and optimize production processes, R&D, supply chain management, and manufacturing standards.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring the company meets regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

• Develop and execute financial strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize shareholder value.
• Ensure capital investment aligns with strategic objectives, including R&D, infrastructure, and technology upgrades.

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and market entry opportunities.
• Guide the marketing and sales teams in positioning products effectively within the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Build relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and market reach.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in the EPCC sector, with a proven record of success in leading large-scale projects and managing complex operations.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, project management, and commercial operations.
• Proven track record of business growth, having led a scalable company and high-performing team.
• Extensive experience with P&L responsibilities, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to effectively inspire teams.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and strategic mindset.
