About the Role

The role is office based, located in Redox Malaysia office at UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a graduate entry level position, provided with mentoring and one-on-one training, receiving continuous guidance and development.

In this position you will:

• Cater to a portfolio of accounts over a wide range of industries
• Use your excellent people skills to forge relationships with new and existing clients, building up sales and expanding your abilities.
• Visit clients regularly and present Redox products and services.
• Achieve targets and develop sales, formulate and negotiate pricing
• Develop your skills with opportunities to progress your career growth at Redox

About you

• You will be a recent graduate, early in your career who is keen to learn and be developed into a successful and leading salesperson.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-driven
• An understanding of chemistry or chemicals would be desirable, due to the nature of the ingredients we distribute.

Requirements:

You must have:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Business, Arts, or Science
  Desirable: major in chemistry or similar
• Citizenship or permanent residence status
• Must be able to speak English and Malay; additional languages will be looked upon favorably.
• Driver's License and access to a car
• High quality communication skills; written, verbal, and in presentation settings, including a professional and courteous phone style
• This position is full-time and permanent.
• We provide a competitive salary, contractual bonus, EPF contributions, and quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• We provide you with a car allowance and the various tools of the trade.
