Store Supervisor (with Lorry Driving experience)

Job Responsibility

1. Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
2. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to optimise productivity and efficiency.
3. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring tight control and timely reporting.
4. Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and operators.
5. Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution activities.
6. Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks to ensure seamless workflow.
7. Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
8. Analyse warehouse performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

1. Proven experience in warehouse and projects management in logistics.
2. Required Language in English & Chinese.
3. Strong on MS Excel to perform better analytical on cycle count and annual stocktake reconciliation, KPI analysis and productivity.
4. Experienced in handling 3PL warehouse or Distribution warehouse.
5. Experienced in maintaining ISO standards such as ISO9001 and ISO13485 / GDPMDS is an added advantage.
6. Possess a valid GDL license (For Lorry Driving).
7. Minimum 1 year of lorry driving experience (preferred).
