Ansell is looking for Administrative Assistant (Mandarin speaking) - 1 year contract to be based in Seremban. This position will assist in COA (certificate of analysis) review and related activities such as receiving, tracking, following up, reviewing, preparing reports and uploading reports/COA.

What your role will be in details?

Reporting to the Manager, QA, you will:

  • Responsible for receiving, tracking and following up COA from outsource suppliers, timely.
  • Responsible for reviewing COA timely in order to ensure the data provided are correct, check if data is meeting Product Specification.
  • Responsible for reporting to superior timely for any error, OOS and/or OOC in COA and take action as assigned.
  • Responsible to update OOS and OOC tracker timely.
  • Responsible for uploading COA timely to Ansell designated website and network folder.
  • Responsible for preparing Shipment Tracking Report timely.
  • Responsible for preparing customer facing COA as assigned and/or upon request.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

What will you bring?

  • SPM, STPM or diploma.
  • Good in numbers/mathematics.
  • Competency in verbal and written communication skills, in English.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
