Senior Training Officer (Fresh Graduates)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Training Department. You will be responsible for conducting on-site training for both new and existing store employees.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, binding, scanning documents, data entry, etc.
2. Assist in updating training materials, including updating training content on the e-learning platform and company SharePoint.
3. Extract content from the principal’s website to develop in-house training materials.
4. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks such as store visits, staff training briefings, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
2. Experience in retail is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Good skills in data entry, administrative tasks, written and verbal communication, and basic analysis.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, and SharePoint is a plus.
