RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Software Development:
   • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Java-based systems.
   • Design, program, and optimize applications for both function and performance.
   • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring seamless integration of development processes.
   • Debug and resolve critical issues during development and testing cycles.
   • Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements.
2. Business Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements effectively.
   • Prepare and document comprehensive Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
   • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
   • Assist in creating and validating test plans to meet functional requirements during SIT and UAT phases.
   • Following the whole project cycle with user/local IT in USR, design, construction and SIT/UAT testing, trace critical issues until resolved.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other IT related discipline
2. At least 3 years in software engineering with a focus on Java Development
3. Strong background in business analysis with ability to write functional design specifications
4. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design principles.
5. Familiarity with AngularJS.
6. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
7. Experience in both backend and frontend development is an added advantage.
