Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage the Chief Operating Officer’s calendar.
Provide assistance in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
Draft, proofread, and review emails, letters, and other communications.
Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide assistance and maintain professionalism in handling confidential information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Having knowledge of legal concepts and documentation will be an added advantage.
