Sunway Money is a completely online and licensed remittance house wholly owned by Sunway Berhad. Our cross-border remittance service enables individuals and businesses to send money to over 70 countries in an easy, secure and affordable way. Since 2018, we have assisted over 10,000 customers with their international money transfer needs.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for building and driving customer acquisitions and growth initiatives through various marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as brand awareness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement customer acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives to drive leads and website traffic, improve engagement, and increase brand awareness.
• Drive continuous enhancement of the brand and brand awareness in the market by promoting the value of the products and services we offer.
• Plan, negotiate and execute promotions and marketing campaigns effectively within cost budget.
• Design, manage and optimize communication strategies focused on attracting, retaining and engaging customers.
• Conduct market research, analysis and interpretation of market data to gain customer insights and trends as well as identify opportunities for growth and innovative campaigns.
• Create, conceptualize and manage digital content for Sunway Money via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.).
• Work internally with the team and/or alongside agencies to execute and monitor marketing initiatives while managing campaign budgets to optimize ROI.
• Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all digital marketing activities.
• Leverage the business development and operations team to create value for customers by improving the user experience and journey of the Sunway Money mobile app and website.
• Develop and review the concept of creative artworks/visuals for marketing purposes.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related working experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or advertising industry.
• Familiarity with social media content generation, campaigns, analytics, tracking, and brand engagement.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, AdsManager, SEO & Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of social media reporting, Google Analytics, and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Results-oriented and data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
• Resourceful and creative, with a knack for identifying great creative marketing.
