Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard to make all dealer service processes.
  • Monitor dealer readiness operation / standard implementation.
  • Dealer business plan development. Business performance review dealer.
  • Develop and Execution of the dealer audit.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Determining manpower, facility, tools and equipment in dealer workshop.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service operations, after-sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in service quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of operational principles and policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of service operations and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
