Service Operations Supervisor
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop standard to make all dealer service processes.
- Monitor dealer readiness operation / standard implementation.
- Dealer business plan development. Business performance review dealer.
- Develop and Execution of the dealer audit.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Determining manpower, facility, tools and equipment in dealer workshop.
Requirements:
- Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in service operations, after-sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record in service quality management and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of operational principles and policies.
- In-depth knowledge of service operations and customer satisfaction standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
