Job Description

The role will lead all aspects of relationship development, new product adoption, diversification, and revenue growth for a portfolio of Marque brands. Additionally, you will orchestrate efforts to identify and cultivate relationships with emerging brands significant to SEEK’s long-term strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll nurture customer’s voice, showcasing outstanding cross-functional teamwork to optimally address and capitalize on the client’s challenges and opportunities.
This position will work closely with the Corporate Key Accounts and Customer Experience teams as part of the broader Sales function. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Growth and Pricing teams. You will report to the Head of Corporate Sales (Region).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement the strategic portfolio and client relationship plan for these key accounts.
  • Lead and implement SEEK Executive relationship plan and interactions with key clients.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with emerging brands, optimize product integration, analyze market dynamics, advise cross-functional teams, and drive customer-centric solution development.
  • Develop tailored solutions for each customer and give input to product and strategy team for essential customizations.
  • Accountable for the introduction, activation and uptake of the product suite, suitable to the customer’s needs.
  • Handle internal key collaborators across functions including marketing, product, strategy and operations.
  • Drive sales, revenue growth, and account maintenance by positioning SEEK as a strategic partner for their business.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews across the portfolio, drawing on SEEK’s performance and market analytics, identifying challenges or opportunities for the customer, providing solution engagement.
  • Handle bi-annual and annual contract dealings with a key focus on relationship development, revenue growth and market share.
  • Update the country leadership team regarding relationships, opportunity identification, market intelligence and key trends in the corporate market.
  • Build, implement, and deliver a training program aimed at improving advertising performance throughout the entire portfolio.
  • Work with SEEK Growth Team to develop commercial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Valid experience in relationship development with senior executives (C-Suite) & decision makers.
  • Consistent record in driving revenue growth across a significant customer segment.
  • Proactive approach to account planning to drive structure and governance across portfolio.
  • Shown success in developing solution sales relationships with key strategic customers and successfully leading cross-functional teams to support SEEK's client needs.
  • Ability to capture and understand customer insights and make recommendations.
  • Solid experience in consulting and solution sales.
  • Ability to work with third party advisors (e.g. Consultants) to help drive relationships and positioning.
  • Experience representing the “voice of the customer” within a product and marketing organization, with valuable experience in digital products.
  • Proven solution selling experience.

  • A solid track record and understanding of talent management.
  • Referenceable evidence of C Suite engagement and influence.
  • Experience building cases to influence and inspire change.
