Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily shipper data management.
  • Input shipper data accurately into the designated system.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, OPS and Fleet.
  • Complete and maintain paperwork required for all data entry related to the shipper’s requirements.
  • Analyze and maintain all KPIs given by Ninja Van & Shipper.
  • Manage and review operations reports.
  • Run and monitor reports on overall shipper performance.
  • Able to manage documentation regarding RDO, GRN, etc.
  • Handle the filing of (RDO/GRN) invoices and documentation accurately and in an organized manner.
  • Conduct thorough checks and identify discrepancies in MPS (Multi Parcel Shipment), NECOM, etc. billing weight finance for B2B shippers, ensuring accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the urgent pushing of parcel deliveries to stations and manage parcel aging at the hub.
  • Handle weight disputes from shippers professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor new products such as Necom product, Bulky product, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email.
  • Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided).
  • Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Section 22, Shah Alam.

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 a month
