Senior HR Executive (Salary up to RM 5,300)

Company Background:

We are representing a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. They are one of the leading toy distributors and retailers in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

• Conduct full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and induction, payroll and administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, HR administration, industrial relations, and other related functions.
• Perform all HR-related formal communication internally to all levels of staff such as employment letters, confirmations, promotions, increments, transfers, etc.
• Manage all HR-related dealings with external parties like government institutions and assist in office administration work and staff activities.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in Human Resource Executive or HR-related roles.
• Experience in employee relations/industrial relations.
• Experience in handling company policies or employee handbooks.
• Good command of English and Mandarin due to business nature.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
