Software Engineer

Job Responsibility

1. Applications programmers write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications and operating systems.
2. Tasks include:
1. (a) writing and maintaining program code outlined in instructions and specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards;
2. (b) revising, repairing or expanding existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements;
3. (c) conducting trial runs of programs and software applications to confirm that they will produce the desired information;
4. (d) compiling and writing documentation of program development;
5. (e) identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions.

7. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
8. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
9. Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skills to ensure business success.
10. Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software.
