Education Consultant

Experienced Education Consultant is wanted, min 2 years of relevant experience in Sales & Education is required. The Sales Education Consultant plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling educational products, services, and solutions to clients, educational institutions, and individuals. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively identify and address the educational needs of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
2. Understand the unique needs of clients and develop tailored educational solutions.
3. Stay well-informed about the company's educational products, services, and solutions.
4. Continuously update knowledge of the latest developments in the education industry.
5. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
6. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company's offerings.
7. Create and maintain sales materials, brochures, and presentations.
8. Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to identify their educational goals and challenges.
9. Provide expert guidance and advice on the most suitable educational solutions.
10. Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
12. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
13. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress.
14. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
15. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
16. Gather feedback from clients and prospects and communicate this feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
17. Organise education fairs with effective costing & budgeting control.
18. Provide market analysis report, financial report.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and consulting, preferably in the education sector.
3. Strong understanding of educational products and services.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to travel, as required.

Remuneration Package

Basis Salary 3500 - 4000 depends on experience
