Quality System (QS) Executive (based in Ipoh)

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and performing QMS Internal audit to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Coordinating and managing audits from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audit, and customer audit) including responding to checklist/questionnaire and logistic arrangements.
• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Following up with cross-functional teams on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of findings.
• Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of QMS experience

Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote
