The Impact You’ll Make
- Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials.
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
- Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels.
- Responsible for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities, and outside services, as well as coordinating global procurement efforts.
- Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs.
- Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory.
- May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.
- May work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated supply chain operations support to the Lam factory.
- The Program Manager tracks, monitors and drives the actions for product transitions, supplier readiness, qualifications, and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.
- Manage technical, non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
- Provide forecasting, planning, and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.
Other Responsibilities
- Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies and coordinate root cause corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement.
- Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor project delivery challenges.
- Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices, and policies.
- Ability to work on a large set of issues and projects at the same time.
- Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved.
Who We’re Looking For
- BS Degree in Business / Engineering.
- Min 7 years of experience in the industry with good business acumen and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving methods.
- Exceptional verbal/presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross-functional teams, sponsors, management, and business partners.
- Skilled in MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories:
- On-site Flex: You’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
- Virtual Flex: You’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
