Job description

We Are Looking For:

As the Assistant Audit & Risk Management Manager, you will report to the Business Operations Manager and support the operations team. An audit and compliance executive ensures that an organization adheres to regulations and internal policies while promoting transparency and accountability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to ISO certifications.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to provide support for documentation and mapping of requirements.
  • Propose enhancement of existing processes and create new processes if required.
  • Handle administrative duties including managing records and data upkeeping in the central depository.
  • Support and coordinate all office administration and building/facility management needs, such as application & renewing of regulatory permits and licenses.
  • Support in sourcing and raising purchase requests (PRs) for department.
  • Collate and/or generate requested data reports for analysis by Management.
  • Carry out any other administrative functions/ support in ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or Science background
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and a team player
  • Possess initiative, good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
