SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at SYARIKAT HAW-LEE SDN BHD in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new business
2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service
3. Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
4. Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
7. Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team to improve our sales strategies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Good knowledge of the sales industry and market trends
7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
