About the role

Join IKIMIE TECHNOLOGY as a full-time Computer Technician based in Kuala Berang, Terengganu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for the company's computer systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and use of various software applications
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities and tasks completed
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions

What we're looking for

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in computer hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical expertise
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Certification or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a computer technician or in a similar role
