Company Background:

We are representing one of the well-known direct selling companies who specialize in wellness tech products in Puchong (HQ). As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Retail Manager to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Store Operations

1. Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
2. Train and supervise staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
3. Set and achieve sales targets for the store.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
5. Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.
6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
7. Implement Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
8. Plan and optimize the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
9. Manage product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.

Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition

1. Liaise with the mall management to participate in the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
2. Develop comprehensive roadshow/exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
3. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
4. Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
5. Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up and coordination of staff.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
3. Preferably candidates from the retail industry.
4. Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management, and customer service.
5. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
6. Willing to travel.
7. Good communication skills in English & Mandarin due to the business nature.
