Sustainability Manager / Assistant Manager – Supply Chain and Reporting

Responsibilities

1. Handling stakeholders’ grievances as well as investment communities’ and rating agency’s expectation
2. Prepare Sustainability Report
3. Compilation of data from operating units
4. Manage Climate Action Plan
5. Manage Supply Chain matters

Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Development, Agriculture, Environmental & Social Science, or any other related disciplines from a recognised University
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience with exposure of working in sustainability or agriculture sectors
3. Understanding and knowledge in plantation’s sustainability certification requirements is an advantage
4. Good in analytical thinking skills and attention to details
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Team player, self-starter and ability to work independently
7. Willing to travel both local and overseas
8. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
