Job Openings: ASSISTANT MANAGER, CORPORATE & FLEET MANAGEMENT

About the Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Co-lead the KINTO Fulfillment portfolio and be hands-on for all operation-related matters.
  2. Play an active role in KINTO One Business & Fleet Hire Purchase Accounts Management by assisting with operations, documentation perfection, and credit applications.
  3. Coordinate and work closely with the KINTO Team, regional offices, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Coordinate with the Company's Service Centre and manage vehicle maintenance requests.
  5. Handle department core reporting requirements and prepare monthly/ad hoc reports.
  6. Play an active role in the LEV committee by conducting data analysis and proposals for quarterly and annual LEV reviews.
  7. Continuously enhance operational processes and improve operational efficiency.
  8. Act as relief to the Head of Department (HOD) and the Operations Team during the absence of teammates.
  9. Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/HOD.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Graduated from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum, or any equivalent combination of training or experience.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the relevant field (including corporate sales & operations).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  4. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Salary Range: RM4,000- RM6,000 (Depends on working experience)

Location: Toyota at Plaza IBM

Flexible Working Hours: Starts from 7am to 9am, then work 9.5 hours, Offwork 4.30pm - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
