Candidates responsible to liaise with clients and various government bodies on correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm.
To handle litigation matters including contentious and non-contentious matters.
To attend case managements, hearings, and trials, and preparing and drafting cause papers.
Always ensure that there is a high level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm.
Handling clients including providing and preparing legal opinions related to litigation matters.
LITIGATION CLERK
Experience in e-filing and compiling court documentation.
Familiar with banking litigation, Letter of Administration, pusaka & Hibah process and procedure will have an added advantage.
Familiar in operating Juris System and Kollect System.

Qualifications and Requirements:
LEGAL ASSISTANT (LITIGATION)
Must possess a bachelor's degree in law with qualified Practicing Certificates or equivalent.
At least 2-5 years of experience in the related field.
Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed, and with a good and positive working attitude.
Able to work immediately & independently.
LITIGATION CLERK
SPM and above.
Able to receive instruction and execute as instructed.
Efficient in BM and English, speaking and writing.
Computer-literate, with familiarity in using Microsoft Office.
Good working attitude, responsible, commitment to job responsibilities, hardworking and detail-oriented.
