We are seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recruitment operations and talent acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to evaluate candidates experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment progress.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and target sourcing strategies.
Provide timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Assist in posting job ads, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends, talent sourcing best practices, and hiring strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR coordination.
Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations and employment practices is highly regarded.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in sourcing candidates, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
