Estate Supervisor (Based in Oil Palm Estate)

Responsibilities:

  1. To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running of field operations.
  2. Assist in supervising daily operations, field maintenance, and nursery management.
  3. Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, and reduce and mitigate pests and disease attacks in the plantation.
  4. To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc.), machinery, and other tools.
  5. To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  6. To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO, MSPO & OSH requirements.
  7. Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Agriculture/Plantation or any relevant field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a plantation environment.
  3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Work independently, dynamic, and result-oriented.
  5. Good people management, communication, and report writing skills.
  6. Willing to work and live in a plantation environment.
  7. Willing to relocate.
