ROLLTI is an innovative and fast-growing food and beverage brand, seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company’s next phase of growth. With six thriving outlets in Malaysia and ambitious plans for international expansion, we’re looking for a visionary leader to drive strategic growth, foster innovation, and maintain Rollti’s reputation for fresh, healthy, and high-quality offerings. This pivotal role demands a balance between long-term vision and operational excellence, requiring a dynamic, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in the F&B industry.

Job Description:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Formulate and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive Rollti’s growth and solidify its position as a leading F&B brand domestically and internationally.
   • Establish clear objectives for revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition.
2. International Expansion:
   • Spearhead Rollti’s entry into new markets by tailoring strategies to regional trends, consumer preferences, and local regulations.
   • Collaborate with global partners to establish franchises, joint ventures, or new locations, ensuring alignment with Rollti’s brand values and operational standards.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Oversee daily operations across all outlets to uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service.
   • Implement scalable processes to support international growth while maintaining cost control and profitability.
   • Drive expansion by launching new outlets in key markets and exploring franchising opportunities.
   • Develop a clear roadmap for sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
   • Build and nurture a robust leadership team capable of executing Rollti’s ambitious goals.
   • Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity across the organization.
4. Stakeholder & Investor Relations:
   • Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and franchisees.
   • Communicate the company’s goals, progress, and achievements effectively to all stakeholders.
   • Lead financial planning and management to ensure profitability across all outlets and regions.
   • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with Rollti’s growth trajectory.
5. Compliance & Governance:
   • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, labor laws, and licensing requirements in all operational regions.
   • Proactively identify and address legal and regulatory risks, especially in new markets.
   • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to guide product innovation and market positioning.
   • Adapt strategies to evolving consumer preferences and global market dynamics.
   • Collaborate with product teams to introduce innovative, scalable menu items that meet customer demands and align with health trends.
   • Ensure Rollti’s offerings are differentiated and compelling in diverse markets.
6. Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility:
   • Integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of the business, from ethical sourcing to minimizing environmental impact.
   • Engage in community-driven initiatives to enhance Rollti’s corporate responsibility profile.
7. Brand Integrity & Customer Experience:
   • Safeguard Rollti’s brand identity across all platforms and locations.
   • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience, whether in-store, online, or via delivery.
   • Develop strategies to boost customer loyalty and grow Rollti’s base.

Qualifications:

• MALAYSIAN ONLY
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Expertise in managing multi-outlet operations and addressing the unique challenges of the F&B sector.
• Successful track record of leading market entry and regional adaptation in international contexts.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable goals.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, capable of inspiring a diverse workforce.
• Financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of global food safety regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for food and commitment to exceptional customer experience.
