Job Description:
• Preparation and handling of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly accounting schedules
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain updated accounting records
• Liaising with auditor and tax agent on yearly accounts audit
• Assist Senior with any ad hoc tasks as needed
• Administrative duties
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum degree in accounting and 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Experience in preparing monthly payroll and managing contribution submissions is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Bukku) will be an added advantage.
• Attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
