IT Admin Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Port Klang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting our online marketing initiatives. If you are tech-savvy, passionate about AI, and have a strong background in IT administration, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
• Ensure system security and implement data backup/recovery procedures.
• Support online marketing efforts by managing platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent. Professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Experience with online marketing tools (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube) is highly desirable.
• Interest in AI and its applications in business.
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work in Port Klang.
