Job Responsibility

In-Store Sales
  • Welcome customers, assess their needs, and recommend new or pre-owned mobile devices and accessories.
  • Evaluate trade-in devices, provide accurate value assessments, and facilitate the trade-in process.
  • Achieve and exceed in-store sales targets for mobile devices, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring attractive displays and proper stock levels.
Social Media Engagement
  • Host live sessions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to showcase mobile devices, trade-in programs, and promotional offers.
  • Demonstrate product features, answer audience questions, and encourage immediate purchases or store visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live content, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor audience engagement during live sessions and collect feedback to improve future content.
Customer Support & Collaboration
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly in-store and online.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile devices, used phone trends, and promotions to educate customers effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Job Requirements
  • No limit for minimum education
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile devices or electronics.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and accessories.
  • Experience hosting social media live sessions or creating engaging online content.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present products confidently and professionally.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms and basic video streaming tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet both in-store and online sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales within the mobile phone industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proficient in upselling, soft skills, and hard selling techniques.
  • Mindset & Motivation: Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
