• Develop quality and test plans, including preventive measures and critical characteristics, for module developments, concept projects, and product projects to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Oversee progress on quality lessons learned and preventive actions.
• Prepare product project data for gate reviews according to QMM standards for PSC.
• Verify and release quality documents, such as control plans, inspection sheets, test instructions, and evaluation concepts.
• Act as the QIC Technical Product Platform lead, managing production and field data monitoring for new projects (tracking defects within product projects) until project release.
• Plan and oversee in-process quality checks.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality planning methods in collaboration with QMP.
• Develop and implement methods and procedures for re-qualification and reliability testing for in-house parts.
• Plan and track re-qualification and reliability testing for in-house components.
• Oversee quality management for generic in-house parts.
