In commodity plastics trading, it provides various grades of polyolefin for injection, extrusion, blow moulding and blow film process. As for engineering plastics, they have been working closely with clienteles from various industries ranging from medical, automotive, E&E and industrial products.

Job Purpose:

With over 30 years of experience in the plastic industry, Toling Corporation has established itself as the trusted market leader for sourcing plastic raw materials. As part of the transition towards digitalizing our company, we are currently looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow our online presence and strengthen our position as market leader in the plastic resin trading industry.

You will be responsible for building online B2B channels that will contribute towards the company’s overall performance, as well as digital communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of the latest developments and product offerings.

This position is a part of the Lean Giap Group marketing department, and you will need to contribute towards the group marketing initiatives from time to time without affecting your main responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Communication
    • Curate and create digital content for sharing on our digital platforms, including videos (long and short-form), infographics, website copy, press releases, and opinion pieces.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent online brand personality to captivate and educate the audience on our products and services.
    • Build active communication channels (newsletters, social media, etc.) with stakeholders and maintain a consistent sharing schedule.
  • Social Media
    • Maintain an active presence & consistent growth on relevant social media channels.
    • Build lead generation pipelines through SEM & social media campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Prepare timely reports on performances of all digital channels, and provide suggestions & solutions for improving performance to maintain consistent growth & engagement.
    • Contribute towards the company’s digitalization efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to improve our digital systems, backed by data & analytics.
  • Work closely with team members in the marketing department to develop campaigns & initiatives to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to group marketing initiatives to help strengthen the group’s overall market positioning.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for problem-solving challenges across the group’s other subsidiaries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in digital marketing role, preferably with experience in B2B industries.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms & tools.
    • Strong ability to tell stories using data and create actionable insights.
    • Awareness of ESG & sustainability topics is an advantage; training will be provided for shortlisted candidates.
    • Ability to film and edit videos for B2B social media will be a big plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in sharing and executing ideas.
    • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Accept constructive feedback while confidently presenting better solutions when applicable.
    • Attention to details and deliver high-quality work aligned with task briefs.
    • Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines given.
  • Include an example of a digital marketing campaign or initiative that you have managed from start to finish:
    • If possible, share the brief given to you and how you chose to approach the problem & why.
    • Key performance metrics of the campaign.
    • Challenges you faced during the campaign and how you overcame them.
