(B) Data Modeler

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Data modelling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models
• Ability to give clear communication of complex technical ideas
• Knowledge in the mathematical foundations of statistical inference and forecasting; series analysis, multivariate analysis, cluster analysis, and optimization
• Adaptation of modelling methods from case studies or other proven approaches
• Software Development experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
• Experience with dimensionally modelled data
• Translation/mapping of relational data models into XML and Schemas
• Proficiency in Data analysis and modelling tools (e.g. Power Designer, ERWin, ER/Studio)
• Experience with SQL/RDBMS platforms (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, Teradata, DB2/UDB)

Preference:

• Must have experience in banking/payment or insurance domain.
