Our team is looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer who will provide L2 and L3 support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met. You need to have strong knowledge in ServiceNow, particularly the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, to perform troubleshooting on issues raised by users. You are also expected to have strong analytical skills and be independent in supporting the system.

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, having mid-server, Linux, and DB knowledge is a huge plus. You should be able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.

Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Lee Cheong Loong and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as Application Support in the Customer Service team. In 2016, I moved to a management role, being Manager of the team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Customer Service.
