Key Account Executive

We are looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Key Account Executive to lead key affiliate accounts. In your role as a Key Account Executive, you will need to build strong relationships with affiliate partners and address their questions and concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish strong relationships with existing key partners.
2. Provide strategic account service and resolve any challenges faced by key partners.
3. Update affiliate partners whenever there is a new marketing campaign.
4. Profile details of new affiliate partners in CRM.
5. Responsible for accurate reporting and analysis by monthly updating.
6. Generate ideas for reward/incentive systems to drive affiliate partners.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

1. At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
2. Experience in client servicing, managing key account partners, preferably in e-commerce or Forex industries.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
4. Sensitive to numbers and good in data analysis.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
6. Good problem-solving skills.
7. Self-initiative and think-out-of-the-box.
