Project Quantity Surveyor

We are a consultancy firm specializing in quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy works. In line with our expansion, we are seeking a highly committed, motivated and capable individual who is driven towards performance excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost plan, BQ, progress claim, variation order claims, final account.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring and control for updating project budget.
• Other ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Full-time positions available in Penang Office.
