Executive/Senior Executive, Quality Assurance

To support and assist the Quality Assurance department and Heads of Departments (HODs) in establishing and maintaining controls that ensure standard operating procedures remain compliant with MSQH and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinating a team consisting of managers and department heads for quality assurance initiatives.

Compiling hospital incident reports and conducting Root Cause Analysis as required. Tracking and trending performance or quality indicators for the hospital.

Managing document control by overseeing the organization, updating, and maintenance of documents and records, including policies, procedures, and accreditation-related materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate possesses a minimum Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Research.
• Candidate possesses a minimum five (5) years working experience in Quality or exposure in a healthcare environment.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Highly skilled and experienced in report writing and data analysis.
• Technologically adept, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
• Experienced in tracking and analysing yearly performance data using tools such as pivot tables, graphs, and other data visualization methods.
