We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) and will be responsible for implementing and supporting FICA processes to improve business operations and financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design FICA solutions to meet financial accounting needs.
• Configure and implement SAP FICA modules, including contract accounting, receivables management, and collections.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICA with other SAP modules like FI, SD, and IS-U.
• Support FICA-related financial processes, such as invoicing, payment processing, and dunning.
• Provide user training, system documentation, and post-go-live support for FICA modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and ensure optimal performance of FICA processes.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and financial regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICA configuration and implementation.
• In-depth understanding of FICA processes, including contract accounting, receivables, collections, and settlements.
• Experience with integration between FICA and other SAP modules (FI, SD, IS-U).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial processes.
• Experience in managing full-cycle SAP FICA implementations or upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with finance teams and technical developers.
• Knowledge of industry-specific FICA solutions (e.g., Utilities, Telecom) is a plus.
