Castlery is looking for a Web Operations Specialist to join our E-Commerce Team

This newly created role is a high-impact opportunity within our E-Commerce Team. As the Web Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Castlery's e-commerce growth efforts across the US. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that customers have an exceptional experience with us.

Job Description:

1. Assist in maintaining and updating the website and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify) to ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for sales.
2. Support the setup and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities on the website and marketplaces.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms.
4. Ensure product pages are optimized for user experience, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.
5. Manage inventory and updates across platforms, ensuring synchronization.
6. Provide support in analyzing website and marketplace performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and sales conversion.

What you’ll need:

1. A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field. Entry-level candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a digital environment are welcome as well.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic understanding of web maintenance and online retail operations.
6. Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
