Ecommerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing e-commerce activities on product listing, pricing, and promotion on the e-commerce platforms (internal and external).
2. Manage daily e-commerce routine, including product listing, inventory management, shipment, order fulfillment, and promotional material and visuals.
3. Planning and executing e-commerce online campaigns and promotions to meet company goals.
4. Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Attend to customer inquiries on all e-commerce platforms (internal and external).
6. Implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
8. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and enhance customer experience.
9. Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in an e-commerce role would be an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and a team player.
6. Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop.
7. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
